I have been noticing lately that some days I log in and I am missing about 900 hp. Nothing changes with my character and it isn’t a buff or housing buff or anything. Same equipped gear, I just log out with 10,400 hp, and log back in with 9500 hp. It happened yesterday, and then today when I came back online, my hp was back. This happens over and over and I don’t know what to do to fix it or create the bug other than just come back to play another day and suffer a whole day with 900 less hp.

I explicitly say in my post it isn’t housing buff (.ie. town buff) as I do not have a house in any region we control.
Could just be the time of day. I notice, when I go to bed, I weigh x but… after I wake up, take a dump and pee, I generally weigh slightly less.
@celestius11 Two options: if you are not 600gs on amulet and you have amulet with bonus to max HP each time you gain expertise bump you need to equip again (weird bug) otherwise you will lose this perk from amulet or you have house in city with active hael&hearty buff and its expired but its start in other city you have house so you again have extra HP You dont need to control territory to have buff from town buffs → you need only own house in this territory and buffs works global.
Maniek62 is correct here, there is an amulet bug around that does require you to equip your amulet as well.
