Hi lost my Genesis tuning orb due to server reset on 12/3/2021 10:52 PM PST. Can you please help me get it back? Thanks! I posted another topic about this almost 2 weeks ago and I got no help.

My apologies for the inconvenience with the missing Genesis tuning orb.
I am going to escalate the case to further investigation into this. When i get more information about this I’ll update you.
Can you please help me with your World/Server name?
If is possible, can you please help me with your most recent log files?
To find the logs:
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Send the most recent files from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups. (Please attach the logs to a cloud as google drive and send me the link)
