Hi lost my Genesis tuning orb due to server reset on 12/3/2021 10:52 PM PST. Can you please help me get it back? Thanks!

My party was doing genesis and the sudden “brief restart” of game happens. Can we get our orb back?

I lost one without a server restart or update. Quest just sitting there flagged and waiting. Grrrrrr!
