I had been saving my low and mid tier refining mats (silkweave, coarse sandpaper, etc) before the patch, thinking they would become high tier when we moved to a system without tiered refining mats. Unfortunately, the only things that changed about them are they are bind on pickup and can’t be used for anything. I lost thousands of gold by not selling these when they were usable, all because ags didn’t clearly communicate their plans. Honestly that’s not much gold to me, but it’s a principle thing.
You just have to salvage them and they’ll become the high level ones.
