As a solo player in OPR, you won’t be able to kill LS/Healers who are on par with you especially if they’re on a group. Even when you CC them they still can make distance with rapier that allows them breathing room to CD their heals. This will buy them time to get their groups on you.
Cheesing them with SnS & BB/WH may work but it’s a boring gameplay, and if cheesing is the only way to win then that’s definitely unbalanced.
Some may argue that you can kill LS/Rapier and that is true, only if you have
a group all on comms

they made a mistake (dodged too early, used riposte early & got baited, OOS)
But that’s not possible if you’re queueing solo in OPR, that’s why most games are landslides since one team are mostly solos/no healers, and the other has groups with healers.
Rapier is the main culprit really, it’s up to you how you change this but these are my feedback with regards to PVP.
Well yeah, the nerf that would end that is nerfing self healing.
makes no sense to have self healing for these values in the game. How can it be balanced that the only class that can keep 4 people alive can also self sustain and stay alive when being focused by 2 dps? honestly healers can even outlast a tank right now.
Rapier is fine because other classes can die alright when using it. Self sustain should get a 30% nerf or something for all armor weights, not just heavy.
Not talking about overall healing here, just self healing.

I’ll disagree on the point that rapier being fine, I had a skirmish against someone using Bow/Rapier and he had used his rapier twice before all my skills can CD. I dodged the first riposte but I didn’t the 2nd since it caught me off-guard that he managed to have it on CD immediately. So Grace Rapier really is annoying for a lot of reasons but mostly for it’s cheese riposte.
Although I will agree that the healing is a bit OP especially sacred ground. They can stand on SG and they won’t die unless you have 3 - 4 DPS chain-cc’ing and on comms, but like what I said I played solo. It’s honestly pretty annoying, especially when they have VG. They have self-sustain, heals and a higher DPS than some bruiser builds.
Uhmm i got you, maybe nerfing rapier will make it better in that case. But nerfing rapier will not make healers balanced.
Now if we nerf healers self sustain i’m pretty sure a rapier nerf wouldn’t be needed in that instance, it would be good for escaping but healer would actually be punished for facetanking people.
Self sustain is a cancer, they even nerfed heavy because heavy healers wouldn’t die. All that could be fixed if they lowered the value of self heals for all classes. Then healers should choose armor type according to what they need.

Heavy = heals himself for -30% and others for 85% (instead of 70%) = more facetanking potential
Medium = heals himself for -30% and others for 100% = medium term beetween facetanking and evasion
Light = heals himself for -30% and others by 130% = evasive healer.
People would actually kill the healer in small scale in a reasonable time no harms in wars.
