Luck removed from weapons?

There is 0 mention of this in the 1.1 patch notes. Is this intented?

I see the same, and also the bleed effect is not applying.

Either bugs or hidden changes, they’ve done hidden changes in patches before without posting everything they actually changed in the notes

Second Son - Musket use to give 2.8% luck perk and now doesn’t have it showing.
EDIT: also the gem changed from green to a red one!
EDIT 2: Weavers Knot ring also has changed stat perks, no longer has 2 lots of 1.9% luck

@Luxendra can you confirm if this is intented or actually a bug?
