I’ve been playing Since day one. I have Max possible Luck. I do a chest runs 2 times every day in (morningdale, ebonscale reach, greatcleave, shattered, reek, etc). I have the achievement open 10,000 supply chests i got several months ago. I only loot supply stockpiles. I have never received a stacked deck, or any other legendary trophy mat. Either Luck does not work, it is bugged, or its so underpowered it makes no difference. Either way, It needs to be addressed.
