Luck Weapons, where are they?

Are there any luck Firestsff, Void Gauntlets, or Ice Gauntlets that are not the winter event ones? I am looking for better luck Weapons for farming.

I got a luck fire staff from rafflebones

What level? I’ve killed about 20 Rafflebones and everything is low level no matter the zone. I know they are changing the lv 60 zones to only spawn lv 66 Bones on Monday.

I got luck life staff from one of the myrk priest bosses.

It was 597 - the rafflebones in myrk and palace and scorched mines will drop the higher level stuff.
