- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: supposed to get a 590 legendary, got a rare instead, the rare version of the weapon lacks a very essential perk “refreshing move.”
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, the cost of making this rapier is around 13k gold ish, but the most important material for this craft is a rare drop called “Etched Handguard”. I now ended up with a useless 590 rare version of the weapon.

Edit 1: changed title from Lv200 to Lv193
Edit 2: I’ve seen the same issue happen to other players on different servers. I personally want to know whether this item is intended to be the 590 rare which only has two perks or should it be the 590 legendary rapier that it’s advertised to be.
