LVL 60 can’t trade or type in chat not level 10 and 72hrs old account

after recent patch i am stuck with msg that for me to be able to type in chat or trade my account has to be lvl 10 and 72hrs account old when i had the game sicnce day 1 and recently transfered to that server with my company any ideas?? Region: US-East World: Orofena Character Name: Bo Skau

• Chat restriction to 72 hours even though their account is older and they relogged
