LVL 60 MSQ gone - Cant even begin Brimstone - Selfless Nature

So, here’s an annoying one.
My MSQ got completely wiped, Let alone try and do a Selfless Nature.
What’s even worse, I tried to re-do the whole MSQ, and up until killing Madea, my MSQ disappeared again!

So basically, I can go run in Brimstone, but that’s about it. And yes, I did get the quest to make the potion.

This sucks.

Edit, yes I already renamed my AGS map in local and roaming.
