Maelstrom eats ALL projectiles, including friendly

  • What is your character name in New World: Dr Stone
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Yggdrassil
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Maelstrom still eats friendly projectiles. Maelstrom is used at the same time as another ability the fires a “projectile” like beacon, grav well, poison shot etc all get deleted by maelstrom when you have the "absorb passive. This passive says it consumes all projectiles and pretty much everyone expects this to be only enemy projectiles however its quite literally ANY of them
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: has to be a bug right?..no way this was intentional lol
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: ruins several mechanics
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: there is no recovering from it

This has a fix in the PTR <3

Why wait months to roll it out tho why not just got fix that?

Any idea if a fix for sacred ground is coming? Hopefully something where it become uninterruptible or something so it stops wasting your CD if you happen to get hit?

This was also fixed in the PTR modern.

It should no longer go on cooldown if you get interrupted.

but, its fixed now. so, im happy

Fixed with another bug now
Instead now maelstrom dislocates area targeted abilities
