Main Campaign/Story incomplete: In Soul, In Stone not appearing and Furniture issue

I know this isn’t the first time someone has reported this, I myself have waited over a month before reporting it with no response, so I’ll try again cause my character now has an added furniture issue. Please fix this issue and reply in a timely manner.

  • What is your character name in New World: Cpt. Amaro Pargo
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: US North East/ Eden
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: After completing The Tempest’s Heart mission, unable to get In Soul, In Stone mission and won’t store found furniture pieces
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug I believe
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t proceed with Main Story and loss of cargo space.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: N/A
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Proceeded as the directions in the Main Story directed and picked up items chest.

Please, please, for the love of God, respond and fix.
