Main quest line not there (disappeared)

What server/world did you experience your issue on: Pollux

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Im level 15, I have not had a main story mission to do since level 13 Ive spoken to every NPC in unlocked towns and none of them will activate a main story mission. When looking in my journal I also have no main story missions available. The new world Main Stories are bugged. Main Story quests have disappeared and I dont have any quest items that i can turn in 

Is this a bug or an exploit:  bug.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to progress Main story anymore 

I think that This happened ever since i collected a ruined Haft however i cannot do anything with this

Tried that. It’s a ghost town. No NPC there at all. Reaching lvl 60 is so disappointing.

Second ; I took a screen shot that proves the Bug !
i took it some how that in the background u can see quest entry up the fisher man’s Head !!
But there is nothing in my map
