What are the steps to reproduce the issue you experienced: Just doing the quest
When did you experience it? (Date and Relative Time - include your timezone) 10 PM 9/24/2022 US East PTR Server
quest will tell you to return to Prydwen and report on the death of Minister Lochnir; when you enter the room for the quest turn in, it updates and tells you to speak with Knight Regent Jin Jae, but she will not complete the quest; quest will not update, and it will still tell you to speak to her
I just wanted to add that if you try to reset this quest, it goes back to return to Prydwen to report the defeat of ser Gawain… and it looks like Prydwen is supposed to be at the door before you come into the castle … but as soon as you move Prydwen is standing beside Knight regent Jin Jay, and there is a grayed out arrow over Prydwen and nothing over Knight regent jin Jae…

What are the steps to reproduce the issue you experienced: Tracking New Quest stats, so had started and abandoned a couple of the Prydwen Side Quests. Currently only have A True Leader, Truffle Fever, and Resources for Prydwen as open quests.

It seems this issue only appears for players who started in Monarch’s Bluff instead of Windsward. Apparently the current solution is to create a new character and hope you’re lucky enough to start in Windsward.
There is a limit on the number of new characters you can create in a 24h period.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue you experienced: Quest objective proceeds from “Travel to Pridewyn” to “Talk to Knight-Regant Jin Jae” fine, however when you reach her you notice the quest icon is still stuck faded over Percilla Wallen. Talking to either NPC does not progress the questline. Resetting the Quest does not fix the bug either.

hey im having a problem as well with main story quest line Answer The Call - obtain summons letter i gonne in depths dungeon beat it twice read every letter there idk really what else to do idk if ques stuck or im doing something wrong i have looked up videos but nothing out there plz helo im i nwest server name Yggdarsil charecter name ichig00 plz help
Same issue with “A True Leader” for me as well. After retrieving the crown you and Percilla are supposed to talk Jin Jae into becoming the new leader of Pridewyn. As you can see in the screen shot Jin Jae already has the crown on her head as if the conversation has already taken place. After watching the dev video, it was said that there are several cutscenes that are not on the ptr. Im only guessing here but maybe there is a cutscene that is supposed to happen here and because they removed it the quest is somehow out of sync. We shall find out soon enough!
I too have had this happen but a few quests down the chain when I was suppsoed to talk to the angry guy outside. As if the item vanished and resetting the quest got me stuck. I did report it in game though. Appears there are other areas this can happen.
Conversely on recreating I did not have this happen with the windsward quest chain.
I cannot turn in quest A True Leader. I started this character in Monarch’s Bluff.
