At this point every last person that is currently on this leg of the main quest needs major compensation.
I had a few people join me on my return. I knew this quest was bugged so I took people on the scenic route. We did crafting, got some town rep, took them around to look at houses in different places, but we eventually got to this part in the main quest. Now 4 people I brought to the game plus myself are all stuck here.
I am keeping them busy but it is getting silly. On Lilith there are stacks of new players standing at that point in the quest every time I go to check. This should be a high priority fix. There are a number of temporary solutions that are possible. As someone who has managed large development and engineering teams in the SaaS world this is not something that would fly. I would have been there with my team 16 hours a day until this was fixed. After day 2 we would have been rolling out a temporary solution or workaround for our customer base. I required hourly updates from my team to the public on any major impacting issues that halted the ability for customers to use the service as expected. I do not expect that from most companies but more than a few twitter replies of we are looking into it. At this point everyone knows that part.
Let’s get an ETR and synopsis of the issue. Some kind of incident response reply is deserved at two weeks. I do hope you get it fixed for the players but without communication it looks like you are not actively working on the issue. Any generic entry level social media specialist can say we are aware of it and nothing is actually being done nor is anyone being held accountable for deadlines.
It’s amazingly unprofessional how this is handled. 2 weeks for a simple quest that doesn’t work? I don’t believe the team is looking into it. If they were really they would have already hotfixed it. Would take a maximum of 1 hour to just temporarily disable this quest and let people move on with the questline. The team would be able to calmly fix it on their time. But this is ridiculous.
So I’ve tried everything now, started the quest, accepted it again, checked the Steam directory for errors and this MAINQUEST still doesn’t work, I repeat the MAINQUEST doesn’t work after 14 days…on Barri…
So AGS how about something to do, hotfixx or something ?
They have already “hotfixed” it 8 days ago and Fulgoris at last spawned, but that make no sence because nobody can attack him. He is invulnerable and cant be killed. Nice hotfix, AG.
Guys, they have official discord channel, i think it would be appropriate if everyone from here who is struggling this problem will mention all community managers and staff on “new players help” or “game feedback” until they help to solve the problem or at least say ETA of hotfix.

I also strongly believe that everyone responsible for this madness needs to be fired, and this situation should be brought to gaming press. That will help all of us avoid such treatment from Amazon Games in the future.
Hey at least he spawns on your world. On Lilith we think he got mandatory RTO and bailed on his job. Brother has not spawn since last week (as far as anyone knows).
This is a S1 P1 (highest severity and probability) bug, having a bug like this in the mainstory is the same with the game freezing or crashing. I think the support team should go home(why the support team? because they have to run in the office, to the product manager with this bug) They did not realize how big this bug is. In a gaming company this is not acceptable. Someone should be fired for this.
