I have tried some work around that have worked for some players but none have worked for me. I have only come across this bug because i have made a new toon and TBH i know i have more quests that i can do to level but i am REALLY enjoying the new MSQ story line they have made. I am disappointed that i am now stuck and can’t find out whats next!

Also getting this, tried logging in and out, resetting progress. In a group, solo, nothing works.

I am keeping this open to be honest dude hoping something is done fast as i mentioned above i am really enjoying the new MSQ line they have given us just a disappointment i can stuck to continue it at the moment

This is my first time leveling a Character and i actually took time out of my weekend because i was excited to start playing reach 41 in a day and half of lvling and now i cant go on because this boss wont spawn.

That is true, no1 will fix that during weekend. It is also true that it is an entry dev knowledge to never release new version before the weekend 
.
SO some just resetting the quest work. other managed to trigger the spawn Via doing the Optional part of the stage of the quest ( Drinking the Blight pot ) and the most common one was leaving the area for a while and trying again when it was not crowed with frustrated players spamming the interact ( i was one of these players i lost my will to wait 
) I did try seeing if Verifying my steam files might trigger something but alas i DOTH NOT PREVAIL!

It’s pretty annoying, I’m a new player and I don’t really know what to do with the main story bugged except doing secondary quests and gathering… which is something, but still, I can’t progress!

I feel you on this dude what i can recommend is some faction reputation progress also dude 
depending on your level you can also work on some zone standing also Still frustrating on MSQ

And some ppl as I’m aware solved it by uninstalling the game. It’s like you watch those reviews that game got better and now is a good moment to go back to it or just start playing and than you run into this and you are like “well, that was a f…king scum”.

Still the same, any solution? Or is the only thing to do is uninstall the game? since you cannot progress in the main story.

quest is still bugged, im hoping they fix it soon or i might just have to find another game to play again.
