day 6 where tons of player cant play becuz dev´s are sleeping. wondering why the playernumbers still dropping

just make a workaround for that, like let me skip that quest. its actually gamebreaking for players that havent done the quest yet, dont you want to have your players stay? ^^

Yes I tried it, and it predictably didn’t work as it’s a multi-server wide issue.
This is now day 6 or 7 that this issue has been affecting hundreds of players, and the only two updates we have had from a forum mod are stating that this has essentially been noted and a team will (one day) investigate. As stated multiple times, this is a main story quest and therefore a game-breaking bug for the hundreds of players who cannot progress.
Really poor show, honestly.

Just revert last update. It is clearly producing more issues than fixes. Before update there was a conversation on global chat “A: What is the new update suppose to do? B: Produce more issues”. I was laughing back then, i’m not laughing anymore

This error has been kept on different servers for 6 days (or even more), there have already been topics about this error. When can players expect this issue to be resolved? Why don’t you answer community questions? Looks like devs are ignoring this issue.

I have an update for you guys!!! i know this will not help EVERYONE but they just reset Abaton server for a some reason and this has fixed this bug! This needs to be rolled out across all servers the downtime was one 5-10 mins!

This is quite Annoying I am a New Player Im lvl 40 and trying to 2 this quest for the past 2 days with 0 luck , and with it being a main story quest i cant just abandon it or skip it. This makes me wanna go back to playing WoW cant have Fun with the story IF IT DONT WORK. I also dont know any other way to get XP i did all the side quest in the zone already

Doubt you’ll get a reply other then “we are looking into it”… they respond to store and battlepass stuff instead cause you know that makes money :] and money comes first over story almost 1 week now and the player count continues to drop

Why devs ignoring this bug for almost one week? Dont you think that it should be #1 issue to fix because of new players, who can leave the game and never come back? Dont you or your leads understand that if you will keep new players in the game by fixing this little issue you will earn more money, than if you will ignore this threads and continue answering and solving only season pass problems?

as a new player who just started last week this definitely has put me off playing the game. the side quests are boring as hell and require you to walk 1000s of miles to each objective and i cant just chill on the main story quests because of a bug thats been there over a week. no word what so ever from anyone about an eta or even a rough estimate of when they will even start working on it. i have downloaded elder scrolls online again and probably going back to that after all this.

talk of mounts and… there is so much to do in between… I mean if you are very goal oriented that wouldn’t stop you… for me though… I need that plant, and that treee… oh look silk… a fishing spot… i see starmetal…

How is your logical thinking supposed to work? Such an important update before the weekend and you consider it legitimate not to have anyone in case something goes wrong. You must be kidding.
btw, all Monday without fixing it. I encourage you to continue defending billion dollar companies on forums for throwing away their own work and responding to people who complain about not being able to use a product they have paid for. unless you are a dev

Instead of investigating wouldn’t you come up with a work-around to boost people that report it past one step past this quest?
