yes please, there’s been a multitude of people stuck at this point in the quest. We are unable to play and are sitting at level 60 for a while without being able to participate in anything because we are missing things that level 60s should have.

I have the same problem, the boss does not appear, several players are waiting there whenever I show up to try again (I play on south america server)
i have the same issue. He spawns his little orbs then runs away and disappears

Please fix it. Im lvl 60 already. 
Hit 60 cant progress in the story because of this bug which means I cant enter Brimstone Sands or start the Season 1 quest, other than this everything is fine xD
How did you get to lvl 60?
Well, u can still do sidequests or lvl up with professions but this resolves nothing in the end.

Thanks to this bug my gaming experience is now reduced to refreshing this webpage…
MOst frustrating part about this bug is that each zone you leveling up in after weavers fen, have NO SINGLE MAIN QUEST in them, not even the old main quests,
Only you can quest up with now is side quest and faction quests (daily x3) after that they are useless.
Even with pvp effect 10% xp , I only get 1.5-2bars each side quest.
Leveling now is a pain, a friend hade luck and got that Fulgoris quest done before the bug and he turn 60 after 1day after the bug issue.
Im was 42 2days ago and now 49 (cus of work).
Done like 45 side quests in all restless shores and mourning dale.
The GM answer this issue 4 days ago and devs havent still fixed it…
Most annoying part is having no response or any update on that. There are no estimates or even small info that someone is working on that. I’m also software dev and i promise you if I would treat bug reports like this I would get fired after first month.
