I tried that couple times using in-game support channel. No response as expected.
i started playing 2 days ago and today i ran into this bug also, rly? 6 days and still no fix and not even ETA ? staff are silent like there is no problem. Its not a good start for playing the game …

This is a joke right? 7 days without Fulgoris appearing and no one gives an answer to this?
If there is something that annoys me more than the errors in the game, it is the lack of communication.
Then you will wonder why people stop playing.

He does appearing after a long while, but he get bugged after releasing the console.
HOW is this still not fixed? Come on. This isn’t a side quest or some trivial piece of the game, it is MAIN STORY line.

Community managers responsible for such “work” with audience and new players should be fired in disgrace - as well as developers for allowing such critical bugs to exist for SO LONG(7 days already).
I wonder if their management known about this problem? Maybe there is some way to report this situation to their bosses?
I think they should know.

Ich hab auf grund dieses problemes wieder aufgehört zu spielen. Bin level 60 und hab noch immer diesen stufe 2 Stab. Ich kann weder die Truhen noch die Türen in den 60er Elite gebieten aufmachen. Kann keine Verderbniss dinger zerstören nix. Hab keine folge quest in der Schwefelsandwüste sonder nur die erste quest wo man die creme herstellt. Danke und tschüss Amazon
I have just seen on twitter there is a patch tonight for the new rabbit update so I’m hoping it will be patched with that. Would of been nice if one of the developers could have told us this days ago but I’m here to tell you!
There’s absolutely zero mention of it in the patch notes which worries me
