I understand it’s convenient for US but It is always prime time in EU. You are selling us localized product yet you can’t adjust it to our needs. The servers are in a different region so should be the update. I have the impression that the US are always the priority. A similar situation was when you increased the number of servers. We didn’t get the game for free and we paid the same money for it, I expect the same treatment.
That’s just my feedback… if you care at all.

That is just not right, the timings change frequently and hit everyones prime time sometimes…
Also note, that 3 pm-6pm isn’t prime time at all…

Sorry to cut you short, it’s precisely when most German workers go/arrived home. In the service and handicraft sector you start at 6:00~8:00 and go home at 14:00~16:00, most kids are at home at 14:30 and the same applies to young adults.

We didn’t pay the same money. Most of EU is paying in 40 Euro rather than 40 Dollars. So we actually paid 5 more Dollars than US for the game. I’d expect a better treatment .-.

Yeah, getting sick of these times for maintenance. I have never known a developer to schedule maintenance in the mornings. It really should not be difficult for them to update them in the middle of the night for each region. I mean on launch day they EU started before the rest of us so I mean it’s not like they haven’t done it before.

i am also unable to play but the way i see it the focus should be enabling maintenance per world so we don’t need a global downtime. With shards or wtv(not a technical expert);
As long as it is a global maintenance this wasn’t that bad. Hurts equally all players
71.61 percent of germans working are in the service sector, sure not all share the same opening times or office times, but usually it starts at 7:00 or 8:00 with some 10-20% at 6:00. Also as said young adults, especially students are a big chunk of players.
It is pointless to discuss this now, depending on age and free time, the prime time of many people is certainly somewhere between 3:00-9:00 p.m. But mostly the peaks are on 8 - 9. But you’re right, for many people it is prime time…

Most of these are emergency patches that they are trying to get to all servers because it is causing a significant effect on gameplay. The regular maintenance usually are staggered I believe?
It feels like we are still in early beta of this game! Why lunch it when the game isn’t ready by far? We paid for it and still we should at least get compensated for our time when they make unscheduled maintenance and things that affect items posted on the trading post that you pay too put up there and so on cause they are spending your hard earned gold while doing this. And also your house taxes. The hours should be withdrawn or repaid. It stacks up. Rich players might not notice a lot bot casual/poor players will.
