Major Ancient Trophy not in inventory or storage

• Character Name -Molbog
• Server- Orofena
• Location- Brimstone New Corsica
• Time and Date- 1/15/2023 around 5:10- 5:15 pm EST
• Issue that occurred- Crafted a Major Ancient trophy, recieved notification that it was added to inventory, checked inventory and it is not there or in storage. The rescources are gone.
• Steps taken- Relogged, verfiied Steam files, rebooted PC and checked in game again… still
  missing. Checked all storages. Neither my inventory or storages were full at the time. Lost very expensive rescources.

I would encourage closing New World for 3+ minutes to ensure it isn’t a client-side issue. If it isn’t and you’ve checked all of your storages and inventory, you’ll need to contact support.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
