I abandoned my house in brightwood - i heard the furnishing load to storage but also got a storage full sound and a bunch went into my inventory too I think. When i bought my house in Everfall - I hung all my normal trophies - Major armorcrafting is missing. I checked all my houses - everywhere. I think it might still be in the brightwood home that i abandoned - no way for me to tell. Can you help me?

Hope you are great today. Thank you for the report made about the missing trophy. I’m sorry for the situation you have.
As you explained above, you already abandoned the house. My advise will be to create a Web Ticket in order to ask if possible to recover the trophy ( I can’t promise it can be done).

To be clear. This IS a bug. Abandon house is supposed to place furniture in settlement storage. It does not dependably do this. It will probably work correctly if your settlement has capacity for the number and weight of items furnishing the abandoned house, but if you lack the capacity in your settlement storage (either in quantity or weight) your items will hit the floor as you are ejected from the abandoned house and will be lost. My furniture that was deleted in this fiasco should be replaced immediately - including my Major Armor Crafting trophy.
Oh, btw, the Contact US | Amazon Games is not well implemented. I am assigned a case number but there is no link in my acct that shows open cases / resolutions, etc… My original case was “resolved” as a “that’s on you-not our fault” where the resolving agent didn’t know that the trophy on the wall was furniture. My follow-up complaint resolved that - yet my issue remains unresolved. Replace my Major Armor Crafting trophy at once please.
