Make bow/musket gain haste from dodge only after hit a target
becuase u did this to all other weps, incudliing rapier and GS.
this unconditional perma haste has to go.
it is already easy enough to runaway from ppl
good dex will still get haste as they can hit target, but trashs rats can no longer do that.
this will eliminate the dex rats infinite kiting playstyle.
all the pve trash noob run bow just for haste to run away.
this might be a good idea if the proposed nerfs to mobility and survivability dont work out.
it would also be - somewhat - consistent with past changes regarding staming recovery or stamina gain talent tree points on the hatchet tree e.g. where they changed it to require hitting an enemy within an X second time frame after activating an ability.
also in opr most of the current problems are severely exacerbated by the existence of either battlebread or zephyr speedcakes.
but please don’t get rid of them, it is good that they exist and for a heavy are basically the only reason they can sometimes close gaps or even somewhat keep up with half of their team thats just light roll spamming and flèching ahead with the rapier.
