Its really unacceptable when you are shutting down whole Europe during day because of unexpected patching problems. Its best decision to make downtime of the EU because of patch during night. People will go to sleep and will continue playing on Morning or during the day. Why you choose downtime during the day when 80% of the people wants to play and cant do anything because of that. You also said 5 hours downtime but its always getting worst and we are waiting additional hours to play like it was last week. You don’t even know how many additional hours will be downtime. Please consider it and schedule downtime at night while most of the people are sleeping. Thank you!

Yeah, it happens at 9PM for Aus which is unfortunate cuz that’s when people with full time jobs want to play after dinner.
