Make healers able to dodge midcasting

Everyone knows all the shit abt this nerf to healers already. So ill skip that part.

Requesting devs to allow us to dodge midcasting the shitty LE or DE. its painful casting while looking at 3 chars rushing towards you and youre just slowly wingardium leviosa-ing like a princess away from them.

Open to feedback abt this feedback.
