make invigorated and vigor into one perk, currently both perks are beeing outshined by stuff like refreshing and freedom, among all the other non defensive perks.
by making them both into one it might be worth using vigor/invigorated.

They are different debuffs type.
As heavy is easier now, instead of 3 x Freedom u can go 1 Freedom, 1 Invigorated, 1 Vigor. Or just 1 Freedom and 2 free perks to choose whatever u want as 3rd.
problem is that vigor and invigorated is at best a niesh perk, plus it would be a direct counter to stuff like spear, bow and firestaff. 3 weapons that is currently very strong. especially bow.
Agree this would make the perk more desirable and put it on better footing with freedom, ele aversion, resilient. It is counter debuff perk. Makes sense

To be honest good idea. These perks are hardly played by anyone
Or at least make the percentage higher like 15-17%
