Make login screen a fixed image while in queue

On the first day we had a 6000 player queue with ~11h queue time, a few days later we have a 2000 player queue with ~11h queue time since everyone is abusing the anti afk mechanics to not get booted.

Right now the login screen is animated and the load on the GPU is as high as if we were playing, making us choose between queueing up to play the game or just close it and play anything else.

Please make it so the login screen is a fixed image to reduce the load so we can at least play another game while we wait in the queue.

I was really surprised by how demanding the login screen seems to be on the system. The amount of heat that is produced by the GPU should be reason enough to make an update.
