70% of people running cloth armor says I Frames are an issue. I wouldn’t say its , “unnecessary.”

The people that complain about i frames just dont know how to time their attacks to what the enemy is doing. I get i framed from time to time and its because i dont time the attack right. Once theyre on their butt in the roll thats when you hit.
I never once complained about I Frames until I ran light melee and watched myself do stuff that, IMO, should NOT be in this game.
I Frame abuse allows me to do way too much and it all makes sense now being the aggressor and the abuser.
This is the normal defense, but 1v5ing in Light Armor and killing them all with little to no thought. I blamed myself before I ran it myself and realized… the shit’s OP.
I literally laughed my ass off with how easy it was. I switched to IG/BB as that’s probably gonna be my war build, but if you want, I can try to get some fresh videos of me pulling off shit that I should not get away with by abusing the plentiful I Frames this game has to cushion people who love spamming it.
My opinion on the matter is based on being on both sides.
I'm beginning to think my vision of combat for this game is much more skill-oriented and punishing than the general player-base wants. So your defense is very valid, we just differ in opinion. I Frames should be tactical, not plentiful.

i don’t think they use it for the iframes if that was the case people would run more med its the distance and speed you have while using it or needing it like healers.
light armor is the only dodge that lets you go faster while running and the distance makes any fallow up pretty much impossible before its regens back up.

I don’t agree that abilities should cost stamina.
I’ve never liked iframes anyway. A hit should be a hit.
