That way there will be a ranking system for players to duel each other to see who’s the best.

Companies need a guild chest in order to put items in or to donate items to a chest. That way members can access the chest to take or get what they want.
New Map
New World is literally dying, Please release the new map, or make an event for world bosses.
Reward Players
Reward the loyal players that have been playing the game even though New World is losing their player base.
PVP SERVER.
Release a new server where it’s only pvp.
Release the new weapons
Again, Keep the game interesting.
Arenas → low priority, as we have wars and ops
Guild treasury → there is the gold bank for that
New map → yes
Reward players → I think you mean “add rewarding content”
PvP server → strongly disagree. We have an ecosystem with pvp flagging. Flagging should be much more rewarding, and we can have pvp only areas, but community split between server would be a mistake
How about open pvp ? Open world objectives / events ? Incentives to capture forts ? Open world wars ?
Arenas would be awesome for PVPers. Wars if you are lucky enough to get in. OPR is like a 2 hour queue lol for the same map over and over again and terrible rewards.
There are incentives to capture forts… Raise influence and declare war to attempt to control the territory.
