My company recently obtained ownership of Restless Shore in our server, a region that is mostly uncontested because its not a hotspot for many things. However, since obtaining it, everyone in my company has mentioned that they wish the ship in the middle of the settlement was a house they could buy. Restless, being a less traveled territory, could benefit from a more unique attraction 
At the very least make it accessible to walk onto!

That’d be neat! It’d also be cool if it was available as a company house (like a guild hall) or something like that
