Why are we forced to rely on crap companies to use Town Buffs? Half the time they dont run any at all or ONLY Stalwart and Hale and Hearty. Im a solo player so taking the territory for myself wouldnt work. Not to mention there are other Town Buffs no one ever or rarely puts up, like the Gathering Buffs.
I would like to just go and PURCHASE the town buff for myself. The money would still go to the company owning the territory but at least i wouldnt be forced to sell my house and purchase one in area i dont want to own a house just to get the buff i want for crafting. Furnishing a house then Selling is just inconvenient and just leaving the house empty kinda makes Furnishing useless.
My suggestion would be to allow us to purchase these buffs (or at least the Gathering Buffs) Individually and maybe depending on the type of town buff pay a higher fee per day we want it active so, for example,
300 gold for 1 hr,
1000 for a day
2500 gold for 3 days etc
If not this then something like it. The way Town Buffs work for crafters just NEEDS a major rework.
