Make trapper more viable

I love the trapper tree idea, but it’s hardly usable in pvp. The time it takes to throw the trap down is too long, it pretty much locks you in place for 3s, thats the same as root time, given they step into it. I think there should be more reward in trapping someone other than it slows him for the same time it slowed you.
I think it would be great, if the animation was faster and didn’t lock you in the place for so long, or if it applied slow after the root ends. Something in this sense to make it more viable during fight.
