- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: By not increasing the damage by 12% on slowed enemies like it’s intended. The current increase is 0%
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Physically yes, mentally no. Think I’ll need therapy not sure.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Simply equip a malachite gem in any weapon, slow your enemy, and watch the damage NOT increase.

bump so devs can hopefully see it before i fall asleep 
they said it is by design 
small note, it wasnt by design they fix it on the ptr…
