This quest is ridiculous, going on 2 weeks now with the boss just despawning once u get it to 1/4 health then not respawning till server reset. Please just autocomplete this quest if you guys cannot address the issue. Tired of waiting to complete this quest.

Can only hope that they at least communicate with us on the issue. I’m sure they have noticed by now. At least it isn’t like the other issue I posted about where the Genesis and Spriggan quests are locked out for anyone that progressed far enough through the Eden quests prior to a shadow patch. Those of us that rushed the zone still can’t even see those quests, let alone pick them up, so we are missing out on the orbs and the reward loot… not to mention if there is anything tied in on the back-end later on. (Like if there is a repeatable that requires that genesis quest to be done for example.) The fact that they shadow patched that for people that hadn’t gotten that far yet means they knew about the issue, but they have been 100% silent on it otherwise.

Yep still missing boss and broken. Also reek water territory quests are broken where enemies dupe/clone like 40 times. Also this update is so mess up all 3 of houses are missing.

Still no statement, disappointing. We just ran it today, disappeared at around 25%.

Stuck here now too! Please fix that god damn boss. After a day of elite grind no hammer possible. And this seems to be the case since weeks! No statement, no response on posible fix etc.

If it is any consolation, I did already get an initial response to my support ticket. However, they are asking for game logs and DxDiag (aka following the standard script), which neither apply to either this situation or the other issue I posted about with Diseased Migration quest not being able to be picked up for certain players.
Also, given that these issues are over a couple weeks old since being found, that information would both not be accessible, and what is accessible obviously is no longer relevant. Boss spawning would be server side and code diagnostics, which we wouldn’t have access to. Here’s to getting a quick response back that isn’t just the standard script… hopefully…

Boy do i ever love slowly solo grinding my way through the hammer quest line, then put together a group to clear malevolence just to find out that the boss i need to kill apparently dont spawn.

Hoping I have something more of a response on Monday, but we’ll see. My plan in the meantime is to make sure I am at the location when servers go down and there ready to go when they come up. There was one group on our server that said they managed to kill him at server restart before he despawned, but who knows. They thought he was fixed because of that, only to find out that the rest of us couldn’t do it.
One person that was in that group did not have their quest far enough at the time, only to find out later in the day that they could no longer get the kill.

Make sure you have like 10 or more people an a couple healers to be safe, speed is key here

I know they probably have bigger fires to put out than a bugged mastery quest at this point, but i really hope something about this quest is addressed this upcoming patch day.

Can we get an eta on this?, is it really that hard to check a mobs respawn rate?.

E ai galera até agora ninguém manifestou? sério isso? uma quest principal que afeta diretamente o jogo de todos e eles fazem isso? meu Deus que decepção, foi tão elogiado a ligação entre a empresa e a comunidade e agora estou vendo que esse problema existe a tempos e nada de ninguém manifestar! muito triste.
