- What is your character name in New World: Octavian Gaius
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Midgard
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Brilliant Perk on Ring not working, I am stuck at 100/110 mana and cannot go higher. This gets worse when I use Healing Entomb on the Ice Gauntlet as it goes to 102, then gets pulled down to 100 everytime and I cannot reach max Mana to trigger Healing entomb.

- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, but reoccured many times.
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: No need, it is just 100/110 mana.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Not sure, just use a ring with Brilliant (mine has Brilliant, Refreshing, Keen Awareness). And multiple things trigger this, from what I can tell here are some:
- Upgrading GS of Ring
- Using Energizing Food
- It randomly happens in OPR too, so maybe Entomb or Mana Potions are the cause. Otherwise I have no idea, but it does happen and it is terrible.
To fix you have to unequip and reequip the ring, which is not possible in combat.
