Mana regeneration bugged when attacking with life staff

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Any
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When you learn the tree passive “absolved” with life staff, mana doesn’t regenerate while you are attacking. Instead of reducing the cost of attacks to 0, it still spend 1 mana, but gives it back, hence it doesn’t activate mana regeneration, rendering all passives, mana regeration foods, and 300 focus passive useless. It’s REALLY annoying because this bug has been around since beta.
