Mangled Heights door took 5 minutes to kill with a 5man group

I have done Mangled Heights, Caminus and Scorched Mines every day with my 5 man group of friends for a couple weeks now. We just did it for the first time in the new patch tonight.

We stopped after mangled heights because it took us 5 minutes to kill the door halfway through mangled heights. Unfun, unnecessary and on top of the healer nerfs made doing that zone one of the most unenjoyable experiences in a video game I’ve had in a long time.

I did it on my own in 30 ,with 590 gs hatchet that for some reason only registers hits in 200 region.

Perseverance paid off …all Ore belongs just to me

If you spent 30 min knocking down that door, then you deserve every ore in there hahaha.

Sadly they been stealth nerfed …not one tolv/cinn/void

even chests are nerfed ,spend 20 minutes killing bigger enemies or splitting groups and killing one by one …open chests get gray/green armor/weps …nothing more

I have a feeling they increased to luck needed to compensate for new luck bonuses. Considering the way this team approaches “fixes”.

Two of us almost had RSI trying to take that barrier down earlier tonight. Maybe it always did but certain damage types make it slightly faster - although it took us way too goddamn long to figure that out and it took way too goddamn long in general.

It took longer for us to get through that door than it did to kill the boss on the mound with the tentacles around it. Crazy stuff devs.

Its in their very own wording. 10% Loot Luck. They conveniently left out word “better” and “rarer”. I think its a typo and they left out a zero. Should read: 100% chance of getting slimy turds from chests and monsters
