Still broken
The worst part is I don’t see this fix in the 1.0.2 patch notes… So I am curious if it will be fixed or not this week. Keep in mind this bug was first reported and they were made aware of it over a week ago. Mine was broken and capped at 15000 when I was a destroyer, and it bothered me so much. Really ruined my leveling experience from 50 - 56. Luckily mine was fixed when I did the Trial of the Commander quest and is now at 50000. But I would be livid if I got to 60 and couldnt buy they 60 PvP gear in a PvP based game. And then you see the patch notes that dont include fixing such a significant bug, but they decided to prioritize fixing other less relevant bugs, for instance a bug where “petting barkamedese causes the user’s camera to shake”… That is just such a slap in the face to so many people that are now blocked from getting one of the better sets of armor for the end game. I really feel for everyone on this thread and the dozens of other threads that are of the same issue. This should be one of the highest priority issues to fix.
Lmao. Sorry brother. This bug was first reported and they were made aware of it in closed beta over 4 months ago.

Oh man, I mean that is even worse. I wasnt saying over a week ago to downplay the fact they havent fixed the issue. I was saying a week is ample time to fix such a severe issue. 90%+ of the changes on the 1.0.2 patch notes dont come close to the severity of this bug. This is literally blocking player progression and creating an unfair advantage… Its mind blowing.

How hard can it possibly be to just create a simple check on login. Are you commander? Set token cap to 50,000. It’s literally the dumbest damn thing I have ever seen and they REFUSE to fix it.
Can confirm not fixed in recent patch… and not just one faction. I’m syndicate and same issue. another thread larger this this one lists many players with same issue. This is a big problem. This does create an unfair advantage for some and severely hampers ability to complete by way of gear for others.

This issue is still happening. I am commander and tokens capped at 25k. If devs were aware a week ago, why is it not fixed?

Marauder here, just turned in the quest for 12k tokens, only got 5k because I too got capped at 25k.
Compensation tokens plisssss 
Have the same problem for 1.5 weeks at 25k and have not received a response to any of my 3 tickets. A compensation must come

Issue that occurred: I completed the last rank up quest on the Marauder faction, the token cap should be 50000, but instead it stayed at 25000, can’t buy most of the higher rank gear because they are more expensive than 25k tokens.

Please fix this, it’s such a game breaking bug. My main aim is PvP and this make doing PvP runs almost pointless.

Have the same problem but got capped at 15k tokens after the trial of the destroyer quest, they should just make it so the tokens are uncapped until they find a true solution for this… it’s not like you can use the majority of the tokens until lvl 60 anyway… can’t believe it’s been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed this issue, it’s literally one of the worst bugs out there seeming most lvl 60’s want to first gear up with some powerful gear from the faction tokens before diving into end game content… or just lvl 60 gear farming
Yea it’s so bad… and there’s like 0 news about it… Still doing wars with level 49 weapons and level 40 chest piece lmao.

Same issue here, hit Alchemist Rank in Syndicate tonight. Another person in my company did at the same time.
Their cap increased, mine didn’t. Basically locked out of all the weapons and half the gear.
