Marauder here, just turned in the quest for 12k tokens, only got 5k because I too got capped at 25k.
Compensation tokens plisssss 
Have the same problem for 1.5 weeks at 25k and have not received a response to any of my 3 tickets. A compensation must come

Issue that occurred: I completed the last rank up quest on the Marauder faction, the token cap should be 50000, but instead it stayed at 25000, can’t buy most of the higher rank gear because they are more expensive than 25k tokens.

Please fix this, it’s such a game breaking bug. My main aim is PvP and this make doing PvP runs almost pointless.

Have the same problem but got capped at 15k tokens after the trial of the destroyer quest, they should just make it so the tokens are uncapped until they find a true solution for this… it’s not like you can use the majority of the tokens until lvl 60 anyway… can’t believe it’s been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed this issue, it’s literally one of the worst bugs out there seeming most lvl 60’s want to first gear up with some powerful gear from the faction tokens before diving into end game content… or just lvl 60 gear farming
Yea it’s so bad… and there’s like 0 news about it… Still doing wars with level 49 weapons and level 40 chest piece lmao.

Same issue here, hit Alchemist Rank in Syndicate tonight. Another person in my company did at the same time.
Their cap increased, mine didn’t. Basically locked out of all the weapons and half the gear.

Same issue reported here : Faction token cap is bugged
Some believe it may be because of being at max number of Faction Quests at moment of quest turn-in (there might be some hidden quest created in the background at turn-in or something). Others believe it is because of the quest reward of 12k tokens bringing you over the 25k limit. Either way, to avoid this bug, you might want to make sure you do not have the maximum number of faction quests and have less than 13k tokens at time of quest turn-in.

im having the same issue…just completed the commander ascension quest and token cap still at 25000…i lost a bit over 10000 tokens due to this bug, as the quest awarded 12000 tokens and they all went to waste because the cap was not raised. please help!
