Describe the issue you are experiencing: After the change server I wanted to change my faction and I made all of maruder initation quest. On the last step I was able to change my faction when I was in active company. The button “JOIN THE MARUDERS” was active in my case.

(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: After the game changes and new way to change the faction I thought my current company just switch the color since button was active for me. However my company gone with all my gold. I was about +450k gold in equipment and +250k gold in company. I got a little piece of gold to the 500k limit and rest gones with my company.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: you need to do all of the Maruder Initation Quest. There is a youtube tutorial New World : Marauders Initiation Quest. - YouTube It’s similiar case to me but this guy wasn’t able to change faction. In his case button was properly inactive.

When did this happen? 2022/12/15 about 10:00 CET. Im reported this in the same day via web ticket and talked with live chat support. Im also sent a logs from last 3 days.
