Where is the live chat?
Did not get my guitar notes
They gave me a song ā¦ but not the one I need ā¦ They didnāt give me the song āMy New Homeā.
And now a completely different song has appeared in the inventory ā¦ give me pls the song āMy new homeā
How do I submit a ticket or find a live chat to get my music notes?
Iām having the same issue, wasnāt able to learn the song. Need music sheets to do event.
also when opening all dungeon or bg chests to my companions played scores and to me not
I had the same bug. Just relog. The music sheet was in quest items after the relog.
Trying to do the event questline, I opened the cache and received the guitar and no music sheets, so I canāt complete the quest.
I have tried abandoning the quest and taking it again.

Tried that and still nothing
Received the Guitar but not the pages, abandon quest not working, relog also not working. Seem to be now way I can fix this on myself. Same issue as many other reported here already so presumably the fix needs to come from the DEV team.
Character: Aiela on Barri, block event progression fully, bug. Completed first quest for cache, but cache did not give any song notes (just the guitar). 28/07/2022.

It seems there was an issue with support providing the music sheets. We are actively working on this.
The issue was on PTR as well. Starting in MB, get the quest, learn the song, go to a location to play the song and it was greyed out. Just had to go to another zone and everything worked fine.
I got the texts.
I did all of the above and nothing.
I do not have this song either. 
He (we) canāt learn the song, we donāt have the sheets to learn them in the first place. The bug you seem to indicate would be something totally different they way you explain it at least.
