every time i log into the game
max hp my hero was change
one time was 8k one time was 9k
i didn’t change any item in game
There are town buffs that can increase your health. This might be the issue you have faced.

Welcome back to the New World forum, I’m really glad to see you are here at the forums and hope you can enjoy your time here and at the game as well!
It looks like the “Territory Lifestyle buff” are given to player that own a house on that territory. The buff can be gathering, crafting or combat. To be able to see the buff you can go to town hall and open the big map, it will be visible on the left; or on your character Bio tab, “K” button.
