I don’t believe you. Just because you don’t know about bugs, it doesn’t mean you haven’t encountered them.
Pretty sure your perks and armor bonuses are also bugged, you just don‘t recognize / realize it.
Really unlikely that you haven’t met any but surely that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the game.
I’m a bit annoyed from some stuff but overall I’m having a good time. I just hope for things to be solved soon because there is some upcoming content I’m eagerly looking forward to.
