Mediating between casual and engaged players, two suggestions

Two suggested changes to help casual players:

  1. Two perk 590GS faction gear for PVP. Good enough for casual. Players can still aim to replace with three perk gear from PvP track or crafted/dropped. Provides gear good enough to grind PvP track with. The 520GS gear is basically useless. I think the original game design must have assumed a much longer time to get to max GS and 520GS as viable.
  2. House owners in a given town share trade and craft revenue. Territory owners still get housing tax. A further incentive could be something like a per player invasion reward for home ownership.
