- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I bought some Syndicate Faction gear and the Focus/Con tokens. When I crafted the medium legs it turned from a purple item to a blue item. The rest came out normal.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I bought the armor from the Syndicate vendor in BW, went to the outfitter station and crafted it. It turned blue and lost Refreshing
