- What is your character name in New World: Franclim
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Abaton
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Medleyfare stages in towns cannot be upgraded past tier 2. This is since day 1 of the event, at the same time you deactivated azoth vials. Only 1 town was able to upgrade to Opulent Bestowment before this got “locked”.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Significant reduction on number of Premium Tokens that can be collected daily, since beginning of event.

- When did this happen? Town Upgrade was “disabled” after day one of the event, more or less at same time the azoth vials were disabled due to salvage bug.
