So this bug/issue or what it is, are still in game after the summer festival begine.
I heared some servers it works on crafting, but Dry Tree is one of the server it dosent work on.

It’s because Azoth Vials are disabled. Just keep continuing to save up of the lesser kind tokens and once the Vials are enabled, buy your hearts out.
The event is ongoing, this really should be fixed ASAP. We need to convert regular Medleyfaire tokens into the premium variety.
