says i have a trading post order but i dont have any. ive tried restarting after every time and i have never used my transfer before

They marked it as solved so they don’t have to respond or give an update. They mark as solved to mislead everyone who is stuck on dead servers. People have been stuck since they first allowed server transfers. Players are not a priority to them. This right here is what costs them a big portion of their player base. You can’t get help from them because they give you the generic response this is a known bug and we’re working on it. I’m done with this game. Just happy steam is understanding and willing to refund a broken game.

There ARE fixing things. I posted here when I couldn’t transfer, and it was fixed.

Give them chance, each one needs to be fixed manually.

We’ve been giving them a chance since they released their server transfers and have been stuck. Ooh good for you you got lucky but clearly that isn’t the case for everyone else. For all we know you just had an invisible order expired and they didn’t do anything for you. Which is what I’d wager is what happened.

Something i found in an other thread, it didn’t work for me, but you guys can try it out

Unable to transfer shows active trades

This isnt a real solution but marking it as one as these are a couple comments of things that worked for others:

Moral:
I was able to transfer after clearing the steam download cache and then logged back in the game to finally transfer.

Sylty:
Guys I just found a solution for me. May try it out.
Check your expired sells, the Tradepost keep them after they expired.
Click on every sell order and check if there are still some inside. If so, you can reactivate them and place a new order. After that just delete the order and you will get the items. If you done it with every expired sell order you may can transfer. If not, restart the game and try it again.
Let me know if it also worked for you.

Cant Guarantee this will work but marking as solution so everyone can see and try

If anyone finds any other things that worked for them reply to me and ill add it so others can see and try as well.

The majority of people here HAVE had it fixed. They’re literally going through the thread one by one fixing the stuck orders as it requires a dev and can’t be done by customer services.

The same devs that are busy with so many things right now and are human so need rest days and sleep as well.

Post with the info, give a couple of working days and I’m sure you’ll then be able to transfer.

I’ve given them all the logs, all the info they needed. If that were true then many of the same people that posted first in this thread would have been fixed. That’s not the case. You’re just spreading lies. Hardly anyone here has gotten any kind of help. Since transfers have started. Do you know how long that’s been? Or just doesn’t matter because your account works so everyone that has been waiting should just keep waiting with no updates or signs of progress. Yeah ok lol

Hello, so I’m trying to use my transfer token to transfer from the world Barataria to Pluto. When I attempt to do it says that I have an active trade order; although, when I check the trading post it says I have no active orders. Only, completed/expired. I also am in a settlement and am not in a company.
