Describe the issue you are experiencing: Trying to purchase my first house in Windsward. I click on “Purchase” only to be thrown back to the buying menu while maintaining my money.

Enter housing menu
Click on purchase house
Then you’ll be back in the menu without being owner of the house and you still have the money (2.5k on first purchase)

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’m 200 fishing level and I don’t get my 3rd fishing reward chest after a completed one aptitude.
A pop up tells me I got the chest but when I look in my inventory there is no chest.
It is only the 3rd chest that i’m not getting.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to begin “Trial of the Gladiator” quest. I was a Marauder previously and had completed the whole quest line, but I Faction swapped to Covenant approximately 1.5 months ago. I have since swapped back to Marauder, and am unable to continue the Faction quest line. My suspicion is that I cannot obtain the quest from ‘Ravager Silas’, because she was killed at the end of the Marauder quest line that I had completed in the past.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Because I cannot advance through the quest line and increase my Marauders Faction standing (currently stuck at ‘Soldier’, I am unable to obtain the appropriate Faction Level to purchase Starmetal and Asmodeum chisels to craft Arena and Dungeon Orbs, therefore barring me from entering dungeons and obtaining Citrine and Sapphire Gypsum to progress my Expertise.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I am unable to put any items in the top floor of my everfall house.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am unable to put furniture and trophies on the second floor of my house. When I try to place the item it will only let me put it on the first floor. They seem to get “stuck” on the stairs. Also there is an invisible wall in the first floor of my house.

key to enter Amrine with my friends I got stuck on the loading screen. My friends tell me they can see me inside the excavation but im still on loading screen. All this while im still in the loading screen. Then New World just go Freezing but I can click on loading screen and it says wait or close program.

Hello! I have a problem with researching the primary story “The Ritual”.

On which server / world did you encounter your problem: initially “jotunheim”, currently after the merger “Aepyornis”
Describe the problem you are having: I can’t finish the mission. I am at the altar I activated with the heart gem I got from Amrine but she did not complete the quest and now I am left without a gem and I am unable to reach the altar of the hearth. I’ve already tried resetting the mission but still can’t activate the gem.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: When a character is unable to move, stuck at spawn point, unable to contribute, huge advantage for the opposing team.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, relogging did not help, dying again did not help. Relogging in OPR simply got me kicked from OPR and banned from OPR for 24 hours.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Join an OPR and die; I believe this issue has been reported thousands of times.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Arena Monecious in Edengrove. Fighting the boss was just under half health, randomly reset to center at full health. Continued to fight again to nearly half health then it ported the entire group outside the front gate.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Could not reproduce the steps. Took the Orb even though it reset mid fight. Timer still had 6 minutes left

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Standing on a Shrine and Opening Inventory- if I attempt to Salvage gear while on the Shrine, once I click Salvage the screen automatically opens the World Map.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can't keep Inventory Window up and mass Salvage while standing at Shrines. Time waste.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: If I stepped away from Shrine, issue did not happen further.
